Your employer is responsible for your daily training, but our Membership Recruitment Team helps you with your advice and actions. Your employer will assign you a civil engineer in charge (SCE). SCEs, play an important role in your training. You will support and accompany you throughout the program. SCEs may choose to work with a Delegated Engineer (DE) who can help keep you busy.
The sessions will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as lunch are included in the program. All periods, with the exception of the departure time, are approximate and can be adapted to natural breaks during the sessions. Session 1 – Member Attributes: What counts as proof, how to start the experience, skill level, quantity. Session 2 – Evolution of (quarterly) reports: how to create them in a timely manner, content, annexes. Session 3 – CPD recordings: DAP and PDRs. Session 4 – Quarterly reviews: managing your TA and mentor. Session 5 – Annual Assessments: Interview with SCE, Recording Progress and TSAAR. Session 6 – Training Review: closing of TA, TSCS, registration and registration at ICE. Session 7 – Consolidation: level of responsibility, option Progressive itinerary, reflection on the professional exam.
